Social Concepts

In 2009 I visited Poland for the first time. Mostly impressed I was by an exhibition called SCHISM, Polish Art of the 1990’s at Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej Zamek Ujazdowski. It was about how polish intellectuals imagined the westernization of the country after the fall of the iron curtain. Did this woman put the barbie into her vagina to become more beautiful or to give birth to the perfect child? Did they eat burgers wrapped in pages from polish poetry books? Unfortunately the artworks are not online anymore. Loving those discussions about social and cultural concepts. How do people anticipate the future? What do they expect other people to do?  Probably most in life is about morals and politics.
